Timo Strattner is the Group CEO, CFO and Chief Investment Officer. Dr. Strattner is an award-winning merchant banker, private fund manager and mostly known as a financier distinguished for his value driven transactions in primary and secondary capital markets. Dr. Strattner held senior management positions in various Companies in in the financial service industry. Some of his landmark transactions included a 1.5 Billion IPO in Australia, the launch of the alternative immunotherapy division of Affinity Medical as interim CEO and as lead project manager securing capitalization strategies for a Hong Kong-Mexican based social housing construction partnership. Dr. Strattner has distinguished himself as value-added manager. Dr. Strattner holds a Bachelor and a Doctor in Business Administration (DBA).
Joseph Cordi is our Executive Vice President; he is responsible for managing the entire sales and overseeing Client Relation in the USA. A member of the Executive team, the role requires active participation at the senior management level, as well as working to define and achieve corporate objectives including growth and profit initiatives. Joseph has over 30 years of experience in managing teams and implementing processes to optimize efficiency and consistently exceed client’s expectations. Prior to joining Strattners in 2017, Joseph served as business consultant for MiDaCor Company and worked many years as the Sales Director for GEFCO (subsidiary of GEICO) and Club Vacciones Mexico. Through this experience he has enormous negotiation, market analysis and strategic planning skills. Joseph also brings senior leadership experience in other successful, high-growth businesses where he expanded the client base and managed project timelines.
Mr. Pizzuto is a graduate in Computer Science from Mercy College. He is an experienced executive with a long history in the technology area. He currently serves as deputy CISO for USPowerGen since 2017 based in New York City. In his role, he is overseeing IT security for power plants. Prior to his current position he was co-owner at BCDR Solutions re-selling telecommunication services to large corporations for voice, video and data. Mr Pizzuto also was corporate vice president at New York Life Insurance Company for 15 years. Mr Pizzuto was director of IT and built the country’s first retail store network for Ann Taylor Inc to 500 US stores. Mr. Pizzuto spent 9 years managing the network team at Philip Morris International. Mr. Pizzuto recently became a partner in April, 2020 with Strategic Acquisitions International overseeing the company financing.
Joseph A. Oneto, President and Chief Executive Officer at InterNetworking Solutions, LLC has been selected as an Honored Member of the Covington Who’s Who Executive and Professional Registry. The selection recognizes Joseph A. Oneto’s commitment to excellence in Information Technology. Oneto, who holds an Applied Science degree in Electro-Mechanical Computer Technology Engineering, from New York Technical College. He founded his organization, InterNetworking Solutions, LLC in March of 1998. He was able to navigate his company through a period of bad economies and slow growth, adapting and overcoming into better economic and market conditions. Having been in the business for over twenty-six years, Oneto has learned first-hand what works and what doesn’t. Crediting long-term experience to professionalism and years of technical training to the foundation of his career, he also knows the importance of continued seminars and classes to keep him abreast of the ever changing technological field. Attracted to the technology field early on thanks to his father who spent his career working on the instrumentation in the cockpit of commercial jets.
Dr. Bultez is a globally acclaimed expert in risk analytics, risk management and corporate governance. He has over 40 years of experience in international training and risk consulting in banking, finance and micro-finance sectors in 72 countries. He has been the advisor of 18 central banks worldwide, 14 governments within Asian, European and African region and a board member of over 30 international financial companies. He has been attached with Luxembourg Financial Sector Supervisory Commission till recently. Dr. Bultez is also an international academician and holds visiting professorship in over 10 universities worldwide together with over 32 publications in the fields of risk analytics and financial governance. Professor Bultez brings extensive knowledge of corporate governance, risk management, risk governance, global rules and regulations and also strategic planning. He has several publications, such as Risk Management new tools, Pension Funds Risk Management in the OECD countries (National bank of Slovakia, 2006), The relationship with Bankers (ABB – Belgian Bankers Association), Microfinance as a tool to mobilize savings in growing countries; the case of Thailand. (Ministry of Economy and Finance Thailand-December 2011). Professor Bultez is also Corporate Finance Professional, Member of the FT Knowledge Ltd, NYIF (New York Institute of Finance), Executive Director of Global Executive Retreat (Switzerland).
Dr. Chin Yung Koa Dato’sri Chin Yung Kong has 15 years of financial advisory and investment banking experience in his career, completed a number of mergers, acquisitions, special purpose acquisition, initial public offerings, listed the company in private placement, private equity financing, debt financing, PIPE, APO/RTO, IPO and leveraged buyout, financial projection modeling and valuation. QMIS Securities Limited is a securities company licensed by the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) of Hong Kong (Central Registration Number ARK249). Pursuant to the “Securities and Futures Ordinance” the company is a licensed corporation for Type 1 regulated activities (i.e. dealing in securities). QMIS Asset Management Limited is an asset management company registered and established in Hong Kong with the regulated activities of advising on securities and asset management (Type 4 and Type 9, respectively) issued by Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission, which enable it to engage in investment consultation and asset management-related businesses. He is the Director and Chairman of Orisun Acquisition Corp listed on Nasdaq on 6/8/2018 SPAC CEO of QMIS International Investment Fund SPC and New Century Fund SPC. Michael Temo is the Managing Director of TBS Capital Management New Zealand and is responsible for our investment activities in New Zealand and Australia. Before to joining Strattners Michael has a different experience in sales and marketing, worked as a bank manager and run his own personal training courses for over 5 years. He successfully manages one of Strattners subsidiaries. At the same time, together with Dr. Timo Strattner Michael establish a social project in Fiji to help the local farmers and economy at the present situation – Roots of (Fiji) Pte Ltd.
Elena Dragunova is the Chief Operating Office with the responsibility to leading the team from an operational perspective, which encompassed the day-to-day management of the business including managing Operations. The main focus of her role is to lead a collaborative team with strong, efficient processes and guiding the leadership team on relevant operational change. Elena has over sixteen years’ experience at the management level, in positions including Commercial Director, Director of Sales & Marketing, General Manager and Managing Director mainly in hospitality and real estate industries. Prior to joining Strattners in 2020 Elena has managed sales and marketing team for a mix- development company in Phuket (Thailand) with focused on adding value from an asset management perspective, problem solving and driving revenue performance. Elena holds PhD in History of Art and Master in Business administration (MBA).
Roberto Vergara is the Chief Operating Officer for European Markets and the President of our European private funds business. Roberto brings over 25 years of managerial experience in various industries and has been successfully managing the European private equity desk of TBS Capital Management, where he manages the day-to-day operations and relationships with institutional trading firms and investment banks.
Pamela-Ruth Esquivel is Chief Finance Officer. Pamela is a practicing internal auditor and Certified Public Accountant. She comes with 10 years of experience in serving various industries and groups of companies through providing advisory services by creating tailored fit solutions to business needs or problems be it in areas of general and strategic management, financial management and organizational development including any implementation assistance necessary. Industries she has served include manufacturing, retail, food and beverage, information technology, professional services, e-commerce, real estate, engineering and construction, media and entertainment, financial services, aviation, etc.
Enrique Vargas in his role, as Chief of Regional Officer, responsible for leading the sales team, customer relations and overlooking the operation processes for SEA markets. Enrique assumed the leadership of Regional Team in November 2018. He was named Marketing and Operation Officer in one of the Strattners subsidiaries TBS Capital in October 2016 where he directed strategic planning, marketing, and product management and development. Before join Strattners Enrique has held a number of executive positions as the operations manager at JA Traders Group and Director of Equity Fund Consulting group for 10 years.
